Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including full-time or part-time schedules
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Ability to pass motor vehicle check
- Ability to provide proof of vehicle insurance
- Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs
- Ability to withstand exposure to cleaning chemicals and allergens
- Dependability and reliability
- Good physical stamina
Job Qualifications
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- Ability to read cleaning instructions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
- Ability to withstand physical contact with pet hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
Job Duties
- Professionally clean customer homes using Merry Maids' cleaning procedures and products
- Provide exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes
- Handle cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Interact positively with customers and their pets
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols including PPE standards
- Maintain communication with team members and management
- Uphold company standards for quality and reliability
