- previous janitorial or custodial experience
- experience in healthcare or hospital cleaning preferred
- ability to operate floor care equipment
- strong understanding of cleaning and sanitation protocols

- Proven janitorial or custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and sanitation practices
- experience with hospital or healthcare environment cleaning is highly desirable
- skilled in operating commercial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and carpet extractors
- ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- familiarity with environmental services protocols specific to healthcare or institutional settings
- strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow safety guidelines consistently
Job Duties
- Perform detailed cleaning of rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and tools
- ensure all surfaces, floors, and fixtures are sanitized according to health and safety standards
- handle waste disposal and replenish supplies like toiletries and cleaning materials efficiently
- operate floor care equipment including buffers, vacuums, and extractors to maintain pristine flooring
- follow established sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination and promote environmental services excellence
- document completed tasks accurately in shift reports and communicate any maintenance or safety issues promptly
