- Familiarity with floor care techniques including stripping sealing waxing and carpet extraction enhances your candidacy
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including floors restrooms offices and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards and environmental service protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through proper floor care techniques such as sweeping mopping buffing and carpet cleaning when necessary
- Restock supplies like paper towels soap dispensers and trash bags to ensure continuous availability for users
- Follow detailed sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in high-touch areas and sensitive environments such as hospitals or clinics
- Operate janitorial equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines and environmental policies
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention and report any maintenance issues promptly
