The responsibilities include thorough cleaning tasks such as moving furniture, shampooing carpets, cleaning high and hard-to-reach areas, scrubbing walls and doors, deep cleaning restrooms, as well as stripping and waxing floors. This position demands a high level of attention to detail and proficiency with commercial and industrial cleaning equipment. Employees will also be expected to disinfect and sanitize using advanced tools like electrostatic sprayers to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met.

Beyond heavy-duty cleaning, the Heavy Duty Cleaner performs general cleaning duties such as dusting, polishing, sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, trash removal, and vacuuming.
