As a Housekeeping Turndown Attendant, you will play a critical role in creating a comfortable and inviting evening atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and refreshing guest rooms in the early evening, preparing rooms for a restful night's sleep, and ensuring that every detail from lighting to amenities meets the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This role requires careful attention to guest belongings, restocking toiletries and linens, and managing occupied and unoccupied rooms efficiently. Your contribution directly enhances the overall guest experience, reinforcing Four Seasons’ commitment to luxury hospitality.
Employment for this position is on an hourly basis with a competitive wage starting at $33.10 per hour. The role demands flexibility, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and walking
- Proficient in English reading, writing and speaking
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Duties
- Provides a comfortable evening environment in guest rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in
- Has a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift
- Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the linen closet
- Wipes down any wet surfaces in the bathroom
- Folds any clothing left in the room and places it in appropriate spot
- Removes room service trays, dishes and carts to service landings
- Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turns music on softly and prepares bed
- Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens
- Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests
- Performs full room attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed
- Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
