We are currently seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team, a crucial part of our resort staff responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall ambiance of our facilities.
The Housekeeping team plays an essential role in upholding the resort's reputation by ensuring that all areas, from guest rooms to public spaces, meet rigorous cleanliness standards. This position demands individuals who are not only meticulous and diligent in their duties but also possess a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests. Those hired for this role will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations. The role includes responsibilities for various positions such as Room Attendants, Turn Down Attendants, Office Coordinator, Overnight Houseperson, AM Houseperson, Public Space Cleaners, and Laundry Operator. The schedule requires flexibility as the role includes working weekends and holidays to ensure continuous and uncompromised service throughout the resort.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Attention to detail
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift or move heavy objects and walk long distances

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests courteously
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of linens and laundry
- Coordinate with team members for efficient workflow
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Support administrative tasks as needed
