The Housekeeper role at Paradise Valley Estates is an essential part of maintaining the community's high standards for a clean and healthy environment. Working under the guidance of the Housekeeping Leadership Team, the housekeeper contributes directly to residents' daily comfort by ensuring their living spaces and common areas are sanitary, tidy, and welcoming. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent knowledge of cleaning practices, and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, providing a stable and consistent schedule to support both the personal and professional lives of team members. Housekeepers are entrusted with various responsibilities including sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and more to keep the environment sparkling clean. Furthermore, the role involves monitoring and reporting potential safety hazards and conditions that could impact resident well-being.
