Job Description

Presbyterian Village North is a distinguished senior living community that is part of Forefront Living, a faith-based, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care across a spectrum of senior services. The organization’s mission emphasizes blending values rooted in compassion and faith with comprehensive care including long-term care, Alzheimer’s and memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapies, hospice and palliative care. They are devoted to offering meaningful support to seniors across all phases of life, celebrating independent living, and ensuring inclusivity regardless of race, gender, color, religion, national origin, or disability. With multiple esteemed senior communities under its umbrella—such as Presbyterian Village North, The Outlook at Windhaven, Bella Vida, and St. Joseph Village—Forefront Living combines a legacy of healthcare innovation with a warm, inviting environment.

Presbyterian Village North is currently seeking dedicated Full-Time Housekeeping Technicians to join their hardworking and friendly team on a large, beautiful wooded campus. This role requires a commitment to maintaining an immaculate, safe, and pleasant environment for seniors, their families, visitors, and staff. The position operates Monday through Sunday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with open availability and a full 40-hour workweek. Candidates in this role will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic atmosphere where teamwork, professionalism, and dedication to service are highly valued.

The Full-Time Housekeeping Technician position is ideal for those with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of elderly individuals and persons with disabilities. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and safety through use of proper chemicals, tools, and techniques for sanitizing resident rooms, public restrooms, nurses stations, and other community spaces. Technicians will participate in event set-up and clean-up, inventory management of supplies, laundry assistance, minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, and collaboration with other departments and staff on major projects. This multifaceted role demands attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the physical ability to perform duties that may include climbing ladders and managing multiple cleaning and maintenance tasks.

In addition to a meaningful work environment, Presbyterian Village North offers attractive benefits including affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan available after the first year of employment, paid time off (PTO), and more. The community fosters a warm culture based on respect, compassion, and faith-driven care, making it a rewarding workplace for those seeking to contribute to senior care with passion and integrity. Applicants will enjoy working in a well-maintained, beautiful campus dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and dignity of seniors in a nurturing setting.
