We are currently inviting passionate hospitality professionals to join our Four Seasons Family through three exciting roles: Full-Time Public Areas Attendant, Full-Time Housekeeping House Attendant, and Seasonal Full or Part-Time Guestroom/Turndown Attendant. Our Public Areas Attendants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and flawless appearance of all guest-facing and staff areas, ensuring an impeccable environment that meets the standards expected of a luxury resort. Housekeeping House Attendants play an essential support role by managing linen supplies and maintaining cleanliness across guest villas and service areas, facilitating the smooth operation of our housekeeping team. The Guestroom/Turndown Attendant ensures that guest rooms are serviced to exacting standards, enhancing guest comfort with thoughtful evening preparations and personal touches.

Compensation for these roles begins at $26.25 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and competitive salaries designed to reward dedication and excellence. Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English
  • Valid driving license and clean driving record required
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in luxury hotel housekeeping or equivalent
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Knowledge and ability to operate cleaning equipment
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English
  • Valid driving license with a clean driving record
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evening or overnight shifts

Job Duties

  • Maintain supplies and clean all public areas of the hotel including staff areas as assigned by management
  • Maintain and clean the public washrooms with hourly checks
  • Dust all tables, lamps, and ledges in public areas and corridors
  • Clean all glass doors and mirrors in public areas
  • Assist guests by answering questions
  • Dust all marble in lobby and all surfaces
  • Clean telephones and ensure supplies such as pens, pencils, memo pads, directories, ashtrays, and matches are available
  • Make routine checks of all public areas to ensure cleanliness and neatness
  • Empty ashtrays and keep sand clean and stamped with logo
  • Clean employees’ washrooms on all floors including pool area
  • Make out work orders for any deficiencies and bring them to the Housekeeping Department
  • Check guest elevators regularly, clean carpets, mirrors, and polish brass as required
  • Keeps all villa sidewalks and patio areas neat, swept, and mopped depending on surface
  • Keeps service elevator landings, stairwells, and linen storage rooms clean, organized, and tidy by sweeping, mopping, and dusting
  • Moves racks of clean rooms linen to guest room floors
  • Stocks linen storage rooms daily with supplies and amenities
  • Empties trash and dirty linen from guest villas
  • Helps move beds, furniture, turns mattresses, removes or hangs sheers and drapes
  • Assists the Housekeeping team as required
  • Cleans and refreshes guest rooms in the early evening and prepares rooms for guests to sleep in
  • Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turns music on, and prepares beds during turndown service
  • Restocks towels and used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls
  • Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests
  • Interacts with guests, handling requests with the highest level of hospitality
