Housekeepers perform various light cleaning tasks under the guidance of the Gym Operations Manager. This position requires both diligence and attention to detail, as they maintain the upkeep of equipment, floors, bathrooms, glass surfaces, and other facilities. Specific duties include wiping down fitness machines and equipment, sweeping and mopping floors and stairwells, cleaning locker rooms, dusting furniture, emptying trash receptacles daily, and ensuring the management office is tidy and presentable. They also handle the stocking and organization of cleaning supplies and equipment, monitor maintenance needs, and report any issues promptly to maintain operational integrity.

Beyond cleaning, Housekeepers play a critical role in contributing to the gym's overall ambiance and service quality. Their efforts help promote a hygienic and organized environment that enhances satisfaction and safety for members. An ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping or janitorial services, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
