The role of Housekeeping Team Member at The Nest at Black Hawk is a part-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation that the resort is known for. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that each guest accommodation, including the domes and common areas, is immaculate, well-stocked, and ready to provide an exceptional guest experience. This role demands a keen eye for detail, reliability, and a commitment to delivering the quality service that enhances every visitor's stay. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred hospitality background is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Physically able to perform tasks requiring standing bending lifting and moving
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Duties

Clean and sanitize guest domes between stays including bathrooms sleeping areas kitchenettes and living spaces
Replace linens towels and amenities according to brand standards
Restock guest supplies and report low inventory levels
Clean and maintain common areas service areas and staff spaces as assigned
Inspect accommodations for damage maintenance needs or safety concerns and report issues promptly
Follow established cleaning schedules checklists and safety procedures
Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly
Maintain a professional friendly and respectful demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
