We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Team Associate to join our Housekeeping Department. This hourly position reports directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor and offers a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. The role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, lift, and squat for extended periods of time. You will play a crucial role in ensuring guest rooms meet high cleanliness standards, contributing to the overall guest experience at our property managed by OTO Development.
As a Housekeeping Team Associate, your primary responsibilities will include stocking your housekeeping cart to efficiently plan your day, reporting any room maintenance issues to the front desk and team members, distinguishing between 'light touch' and 'full clean' services and performing them effectively, vacuuming floors, changing sheets, restocking room and bath amenities, and maintaining a professional appearance with a pressed uniform, employee ID, safety footwear, and protective equipment. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence are key to success in this role, as you will be instrumental in presenting spotless rooms that uphold the high standards of OTO Development properties.
