As part of the renowned Thompson Hotels collection, which is a member of the Hyatt portfolio, this property embodies a luxury lifestyle where intuitive service and tailored experiences are at the forefront. Guests at Thompson Denver find themselves welcomed as residents rather than mere visitors, enhancing their personal travel journeys with authentic connections to the local culture and environment. The hotel prides itself on blending outstanding design with exceptional service, creating a unique atmosphere that transcends the usual hotel stay and provides transformative experiences for travelers from around the world.
The Thompson brand is celebrated for its commitment to crafting timeless destinations, and the Denver location is no exception. With a culture rooted in creativity, empowerment, and support, the hotel fosters a workplace where team members thrive and feel motivated to deliver superlative service imbued with spontaneity and authenticity. Every guest interaction is infused with a genuine sense of care, humor, and attentiveness, making each stay memorable and meaningful. This hotel takes pride in exceeding high expectations and offering its staff and guests an environment where talent is recognized and career potential is boundless.
Currently, Thompson Denver is seeking a dedicated and passionate Housekeeping Supervisor to join their dynamic team. This is not just a role—it is an opportunity to become an integral part of a luxury hotel that values excellence and individuality. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the housekeeping department's supervisory duties, ensuring guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Responsibilities include inspecting guest rooms, counseling and interviewing housekeeping staff, resolving guest complaints efficiently, and managing general administrative duties within the department.
Ideal candidates will bring at least one year of hotel experience, complemented by excellent communication skills and foundational computer literacy. While prior supervisory experience is preferred, the emphasis is on a demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional hotel service and an ability to elevate guest experiences through attention to detail and team leadership. Embracing the hotel’s core values of empathy, integrity, respect, inclusion, experimentation, and wellbeing, the Housekeeping Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and reputation of Thompson Denver.
This full-time position offers a competitive budgeted hourly rate of $23.00 along with an outstanding benefits package designed to support both professional growth and personal wellbeing. Benefits include comprehensive health and welfare plans tailored to employees and their eligible dependents, financial plans such as a 401(k), college savings options, and employee stock purchase plans. Additionally, lifestyle benefits are plentiful and include paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave, family bonding time, adoption assistance, and discounted as well as complimentary stays at Hyatt locations worldwide. Employees also enjoy free meals during shifts, transit passes, wellbeing programs, and educational assistance. Notably, both full-time and part-time team members can use accrued vacation time after just 90 days of employment, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to work-life balance and employee satisfaction.
The application period for this opportunity is expected to remain open for up to 30 days from June 24, 2026, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis. Thompson Denver is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusivity. All qualified candidates regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status are encouraged to apply. Joining Thompson Denver means joining a team dedicated not only to luxury hospitality but to crafting career journeys as unique as the experiences offered to guests. Discover the chance to shine in a warm, respectful, and inclusive culture where your talent as a hospitality professional can truly flourish.
