Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- two years of experience in hospitality or service industry
- one year of supervisory experience
- ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to bend, reach, and perform physical movements as required
- strong communication skills
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- two years of related experience in the hospitality or service industry preferred
- one year of previous supervisory experience preferred
- commitment to providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to perform essential physical functions, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, bending, and reaching
- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- flexible schedule including availability for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- implement and execute daily housekeeping operations
- organize colleagues' duties and manage schedules
- inspect guest rooms for cleanliness and quality
- create and maintain operational checklists
- handle guest concerns professionally
- provide training, coaching, and development to housekeeping colleagues
- perform other duties as assigned
