The Housekeeping Supervisor role at Hotel Saint Augustine represents a vital leadership position within this esteemed establishment. This supervisor is entrusted with overseeing all daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • two years of experience in hospitality or service industry
  • one year of supervisory experience
  • ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to bend, reach, and perform physical movements as required
  • strong communication skills
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • two years of related experience in the hospitality or service industry preferred
  • one year of previous supervisory experience preferred
  • commitment to providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to perform essential physical functions, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, bending, and reaching
  • bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • flexible schedule including availability for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
