Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of hotel housekeeping experience
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • Ability to handle physical demands including lifting, walking, and standing
  • Open availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year hotel housekeeping experience
  • Prior housekeeping supervisor experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights
  • Attention to cleanliness detail
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Effective communication in English
  • Genuine desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality and cleanliness
  • Provide guidance and performance feedback to housekeeping team members
  • Address and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping
  • Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling and inventory management
  • Support departmental efficiency and ensure adherence to hotel policies
  • Train new housekeeping staff members
