Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of hotel housekeeping experience
- Prior experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting, walking, and standing
- Open availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English communication
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year hotel housekeeping experience
- Prior housekeeping supervisor experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights
- Attention to cleanliness detail
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Effective communication in English
- Genuine desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness standards
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality and cleanliness
- Provide guidance and performance feedback to housekeeping team members
- Address and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping
- Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling and inventory management
- Support departmental efficiency and ensure adherence to hotel policies
- Train new housekeeping staff members
