This culture is reflected in the team of highly skilled professionals who dedicate themselves to improving the health and wellbeing of their communities. HonorHealth offers a collaborative, supportive environment where employees are empowered to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients, staff, and visitors. The healthcare system is committed to upholding its mission, vision, values, and code of conduct, fostering a workplace that values both professional excellence and personal growth.
This role is a full-time supervisory position within the Environmental Services department at HonorHealth. It offers a night shift schedule from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM and includes an attractive sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 for new hires. The position is focused on providing leadership, mentorship, and coaching to a diverse, cross-functional team responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across patient rooms, nursing and non-nursing areas, restrooms, lounge areas, linen services, hazardous waste disposal, and floor care. As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring a high-quality hospital experience by motivating staff, managing workflow, and ensuring adherence to departmental and regulatory policies. You will also act as a liaison for any operational issues within the department, representing the values and standards of HonorHealth throughout your leadership. The role demands strong communication skills, the ability to resolve conflicts, and a commitment to maintaining safety, security, and cleanliness standards that support the health and comfort of patients, employees, and visitors alike.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of supervisory experience and three years in environmental services, with a preference for healthcare management leadership experience. Additional benefits include competitive pay, tuition assistance, comprehensive insurance coverage, retirement plans, and various employee wellness programs. This job offers a unique opportunity to join a respected healthcare provider dedicated to making a difference and supporting your career development in a dynamic and rewarding setting.
