Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping or hospitality supervision
- Ability to lead, train, and evaluate team members
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to perform operational duties as needed
- Ability to handle guest requests professionally
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality supervision preferred
- Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- Supervise the housekeeping team by leading, training, overseeing, and evaluating Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Oversee room readiness by assigning, inspecting, and verifying room status, promptly reporting any discrepancies
- Oversee operational logistics including monitoring work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program
- Coordinate maintenance needs by partnering with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues
- Support housekeeping operations by performing Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels
- Delight guests by addressing special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
