The role of Housekeeping Supervisor at Hilton is a pivotal position that carries significant responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead, train, and oversee the housekeeping team, including Room Attendants and Housepersons, guaranteeing that guest rooms and public areas meet Hilton's rigorous quality standards. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping or hotel operations
- Proven leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to lift and move housekeeping supplies and equipment as needed
Job Qualifications
- Experience supervising housekeeping staff in a hotel or similar environment
- Knowledge of hospitality industry cleaning and maintenance standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting

Job Duties
- Supervise the housekeeping team
