Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping or hospitality supervision
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with scheduling and inventory software
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality supervision

Job Duties
- Supervise the housekeeping team
- Lead, train, oversee, and evaluate room attendants and housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Oversee room readiness by assigning, inspecting, and verifying room status, promptly reporting discrepancies
- Monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program
- Partner with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues
- Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels
- Address special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
