The role of Housekeeping Supervisor at Hilton is vital in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service that guests expect when staying at their properties. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead a team of Room Attendants and Housepersons who play a direct role in creating inviting and spotless environments for guests. This position is not only about supervising daily housekeeping operations but also about being an ambassador of Hilton's warm hospitality by fostering a positive team atmosphere and ensuring that every guest’s stay is comfortable and memorable.

Your daily responsibilities will include leading, training, and evaluating the housekeeping staff to meet rigorous cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas. You will oversee room readiness by assigning and inspecting rooms, ensuring any issues are promptly addressed. Operational logistics such as managing work schedules, payroll, inventories, and lost and found programs will also be under your purview. Collaborating with Engineering and Property Operations teams to coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance will be essential to uphold the hotel's superior quality.

The role also requires stepping in to carry out Room Attendant and Houseperson duties when needed to maintain service levels, demonstrating a hands-on leadership style.
