We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor Dispatcher to join our housekeeping team at Parc 55. This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals who thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused environment and are passionate about leadership and operational excellence. The Housekeeping Supervisor Dispatcher plays a critical role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and service that Hilton is known for. This leadership position involves supervising housekeeping operations, coordinating daily tasks, managing team schedules, and ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet strict quality and cleanliness standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal communication skills, the ability to work a flexible schedule including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays, and up to one year of prior experience in a housekeeping supervisory role. Experience working in a union environment is a plus, but not required. As a Housekeeping Supervisor Dispatcher, you will lead and train room attendants and housepersons, oversee room readiness, monitor operational logistics such as work schedules and inventory, and coordinate maintenance needs in conjunction with engineering and property operations. Additionally, you will occasionally perform housekeeping duties to maintain service levels and ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Duties

  • Supervise the housekeeping team by leading, training, overseeing, and evaluating Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas
  • Oversee room readiness by assigning, inspecting, and verifying room status and promptly reporting any discrepancies
  • Oversee operational logistics, including monitoring work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program
  • Coordinate maintenance needs by partnering with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues
  • Support housekeeping operations by performing Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels
  • Delight guests by addressing special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
