The position of Housekeeping Supervisor plays a critical role within the Housekeeping department at Legends Global. Reporting directly to the Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Housekeeping Managers, the Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the daily activities of full-time, temporary, and part-time housekeeping staff and operators to ensure cleanliness standards and operational efficiency are maintained throughout the facilities. This role is hourly and non-exempt, reflecting the hands-on nature of the position with regular supervision and involvement in housekeeping operations during events. The successful candidate will be passionate about maintaining a hygienic environment and motivated by the satisfaction of team success and high standards of cleanliness. This role requires proactive leadership, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to train, supervise, and support housekeeping teams.

In this capacity, the Housekeeping Supervisor distributes daily worksheets, monitors completion of assigned duties, and ensures adherence to company safety and cleaning protocols. They inspect facility areas both inside and outside to uphold the high environment standards expected at leading venues. The supervisor assists with pre-event walkthroughs, event readiness, and post-event cleaning, collaborating with management on staffing needs and operational adjustments to accommodate event schedules. This role also includes responsibilities such as equipment maintenance reporting, inventory management, and providing timely feedback and recommendations to management on housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of multitasking, adaptable to change, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed is essential due to the event-driven nature of the venues.
