The company fosters a culture centered on core values such as People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It. With a broad portfolio of properties, HHM focuses on creating welcoming environments, promoting career advancement, and innovating within hospitality services to meet modern traveler expectations.
The Housekeeping Supervisor role at HHM is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing housekeeping staff while ensuring adherence to the brand and hotel guest service standards as well as sustainability protocols outlined by the HHM EarthView program. The role requires screening and hiring new employees when applicable, and occasionally involves hands-on cleaning assistance. The supervisor also manages supply issuance, oversees laundry staff when applicable, and collaborates with vendors for staffing and training.
