The role of Housekeeping Coordinator at Sonesta International Hotels is integral in maintaining the high standards the brand is known for. Job Duties
- deliver on the promise of Sonesta service in all interactions with guests and clients
- manage according to the Sonesta G.U.E.S.T. standards and instill a passion for customer service in all associates
- partner with the Housekeeping Manager to recruit, develop, manage and monitor performance
- inspect all assigned suites and public areas to ensure cleanliness and good repair
- assist with training employees and providing necessary tools and equipment
- assist with scheduling and room cleaning assignments
- perform all necessary housekeeping duties including cleaning guest suites and public spaces
- partner with Housekeeping Manager to inventory and maintain linen and room supplies
- monitor commercial laundry supplies and equipment
- manage procedures of lost and found items
- promote teamwork and quality service through communication and coordination
- ensure compliance with health and safety laws
- perform other duties as assigned
