Embassy Suites Waltham is currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join its team. This full-time role is critical in maintaining the high cleanliness standards that guests expect and that encourage repeat visits and recommendations. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for inspecting guest rooms and public spaces to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. You will lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping staff, ensuring all team members fulfill their duties effectively and safely. This position also includes onboarding new employees and assisting with performance evaluations, inventory of linen and cleaning supplies, and coordinating daily workflow within the department.

Success in this role hinges on strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and leadership abilities, as well as the physical capability to perform housekeeping tasks and supervise a busy team. You will work collaboratively with Front Desk staff to coordinate activities and ensure a seamless guest experience. The role offers a competitive hourly wage range of $21.00 to $23.00, with compensation tailored to your skills, experience, and office location.
