With locations worldwide, the brand embodies an ethos of enriching the lives it touches through elevated experiences crafted by a team that treats each other with the utmost respect and kindness. At Four Seasons, the employee experience is just as paramount as the guest experience, fostering a culture that supports growth, recognition, and an inclusive environment. The company believes in creating lasting impressions through thoughtful service, recognizing that life's richness comes from meaningful connections with people and places.
Situated in the vibrant city of Atlanta, Four Seasons offers a premier Mid-town location that serves as a cultural nexus for the American South. Guests and team members alike benefit from proximity to renowned art institutions like the High Museum of Art, the diverse culinary scene along Peachtree Street, and the verdant surroundings of Piedmont Park. The Atlanta property is distinguished by its French-inspired luxury, particularly through its signature restaurant, Brasserie Margot, which harmonizes classic French cuisine with modern elegance. The hotel also features a tranquil spa, offering an oasis of relaxation. This location perfectly marries Southern charm with world-class luxury hospitality.
The role of Housekeeping Supervisor at Four Seasons in Atlanta is a vital position responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and order within guest rooms and public areas. This supervisory role involves leading a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants, mentoring and coaching them to meet Four Seasons' exacting standards. The incumbent will manage scheduling, monitor daily work progress, inspect rooms for quality assurance, and ensure timely completion of housekeeping tasks including coordination with maintenance and inventory management. The supervisor also oversees the cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators, and linen closets, and ensures that supplies are adequately stocked on guest floors. The work requires someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, the physical capacity to handle heavy loads, and a commitment to teamwork within a fast-paced luxury environment.
Additional responsibilities include stepping into operational roles during high volume periods or absences, demonstrating flexibility and a comprehensive knowledge of the hotel's housekeeping standards, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have six to twelve months of relevant experience, the ability to operate computer equipment including the reservation system, and readiness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. This full-time position offers competitive salary and benefits including comprehensive training, employee discounts, uniform care, meals, and transportation benefits, all within a company culture dedicated to employee development and guest satisfaction. Joining Four Seasons means becoming part of an inspiring community where your contributions directly impact the legacy of excellence for which the brand is known.
