Job Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort environment
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Job Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the housekeeping department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper
- Lead, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain luxury hospitality standards
- Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, employee areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with brand standards
- Assist with scheduling, performance coaching, training, and onboarding of new housekeeping associates
- Help recruit and interview new team members
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and service recovery opportunities
- Oversee Lost & Found procedures and department documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, chemical handling procedures, and company policies
- Identify maintenance issues and communicate repair needs to appropriate departments
- Maintain accurate daily reports and department records
- Work alongside housekeeping team by cleaning guest rooms and public areas as needed to support business demands
- Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment that reflects Appellation's values
