Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to perform housekeeping duties such as lifting bending and standing for long periods

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment required

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping colleagues including room attendants and housepersons
  • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms hallways and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
  • Assist with scheduling payroll assigning tasks and monitoring productivity
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism and care
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens and report shortages or equipment issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety sanitation and hotel policies
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to support guest satisfaction
