The Housekeeping Supervisor position at Graton Resort & Casino plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role is responsible for managing, training, and inspecting the Housekeeping Attendants to ensure all cleaning procedures meet the company’s exacting standards. The supervisor plans, organizes, and oversees daily housekeeping operations for assigned floors or areas, coordinating activities to uphold the resort’s commitment to a superior guest experience.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping experience
- supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours
- proficiency in English
- physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
- knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Practice and promote the company-wide culture and service standards
- support housekeeping attendants on guest floors, public areas, and linen
- assign daily rooms status reports for opening and closing
- supervise status board operators to ensure all rooms are cleaned and discrepancies resolved
- manage lost and found process
- monitor housekeeping attendants for productivity
- enhance communication within the team
- maintain strict radio control
- control housekeeping equipment and inventory

- perform room inspections and evaluate attendants
