The Housekeeping Supervisor role at HHM Hotels is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department to ensure that brand and hotel guest service standards are met consistently. Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience required
- Supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Train, schedule, coach and support housekeeping associates to meet brand and hotel standards
- Screen job applicants and hire new housekeeping employees
- Train staff or coordinate with external vendors for proper cleaning training
- Monitor and communicate guest service scores to improve satisfaction
- Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff
- Occasionally assist with cleaning rooms or other housekeeping duties
- Address associate performance and behavior concerns
- Supervise laundry operations if applicable
- Prepare work schedules based on occupancy forecasts
- Follow sustainability and safety guidelines consistent with HHM’s EarthView program
- Assist in breakfast area as needed
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
