Job Description

HHM Hotels is a renowned hospitality company known for its commitment to exceptional guest experiences and sustainable practices. With a portfolio of well-regarded hotels, HHM continues to prioritize quality service, employee growth, and environmental responsibility. The company’s dedication to excellence is supported by a robust team-oriented culture where employees are valued and empowered to develop their skills and advance their careers. HHM Hotels fosters an inclusive workplace environment emphasizing core values such as People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It, reflecting their commitment to both their guests and employees.

The Housekeeping Supervisor role at HHM Hotels is a critical position responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations to consistently meet brand and hotel guest service standards, alongside sustainability objectives. This full-time or part-time employment opportunity offers competitive wages complemented by extensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and 401k company matching. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the Housekeeping Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring guest satisfaction is prioritized at every touchpoint.

This supervisory role involves training, scheduling, coaching, and supporting housekeeping associates to perform their duties efficiently and maintain high standards conforming to HHM’s EarthView sustainability program. The supervisor screens job applicants, hires new employees when housekeeping associates are directly employed by HHM, and coordinates with external vendors to align training practices. Besides administrative and leadership duties such as issuing cleaning supplies, preparing work schedules, and addressing performance or behavioral concerns, the Housekeeping Supervisor may also engage hands-on by cleaning rooms or assisting staff during peak periods.

Further responsibilities include supervising laundry operations where applicable, communicating guest service performance metrics to drive continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to safety standards, including the use of protective gear and compliance with OSHA regulations. The role may require occasional work in the breakfast area to support overall guest service. HHM Hotels promotes a safe, productive, and supportive working environment, welcoming candidates with previous housekeeping experience and supervisory skills, ideally holding at least a high school diploma.

The growth trajectory from Housekeeping Supervisor at HHM Hotels is substantial, offering advancement opportunities leading through Executive Housekeeper, Front Office Manager, Assistant General Manager, and culminating in the General Manager position. This pathway underscores HHM’s commitment to leadership development and career progression within the hospitality industry. If you are motivated by excellence, guest satisfaction, teamwork, and a focus on sustainability, the Housekeeping Supervisor position at HHM Hotels provides a rewarding and dynamic career opportunity.
