The Jefferson Hotel is currently seeking a committed and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join its esteemed Housekeeping team. Job Requirements
- Must be available to work any day or evening of the week, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs
- several years of hospitality housekeeping experience required
- supervisory experience in a full-service hotel strongly preferred
- demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and support a team while maintaining high departmental standards
- this is an active working supervisor position that requires daily participation in guest room cleaning and housekeeping operations
- ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift in a physically demanding environment
Job Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to balance supervisory responsibilities with daily operational tasks
- basic computer proficiency: familiarity with housekeeping systems and Microsoft Office is preferred
Job Duties
- Clean and service guest rooms daily to support operational coverage and maintain luxury-level standards
