Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning supervision
- ability to manage and lead a team
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to perform housekeeping duties and supervise the team
Job Qualifications
- Excellent quality control
- strong time management and delegation skills
- leadership and team management abilities
- knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and infection control
- written communication skills for monitoring inventory, creating schedules for housekeepers and drafting employee evaluations or incident reports

- Scheduling housekeeping staff
- supervising staff during shifts
- ensuring rooms and other areas are clean and meet organization standards
