The Housekeeping Supervisor position is pivotal within this dynamic environment, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency throughout guest rooms and public areas. This role reports directly to the Executive Housekeeper and plays an active supervisory and hands-on role. The supervisor coordinates daily housekeeping assignments, performs thorough inspections to ensure all spaces meet brand standards, and steps in to perform cleaning duties when necessary—especially during peak occupancy or staffing challenges. Moreover, the Housekeeping Supervisor leads by example, offering timely guidance and performance feedback to housekeeping associates while cultivating a high standard of guest service. They also manage lost-and-found procedures and contribute to accurate reporting of departmental data such as daily room counts and productivity metrics.

The work environment involves physical demands such as frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling of equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to advance in the hospitality industry within a company that values inclusivity, employee development, and guest satisfaction. Uniland Hospitality, the organization's parent company, is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and encourages veterans and individuals with disabilities to apply. No immigration or visa sponsorship is provided.
