Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts including days and hours
  • Open availability preferred
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Ability to foster a safe and healthy work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable with strong interpersonal skills
  • One or more years of related work experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide supervision to coordinate activities of housekeeping workers and service employees
  • Coordinate and support key functions and oversee 3 to 10 employees
  • Attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Ensure a healthy and safe working environment for all team members
  • Adapt and perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
  • Communicate effectively between management and employees
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational compliance
