Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years of related work experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work mornings, varying days, and rotating weekends
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to manage a team of 3 to 10 employees
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable with strong interpersonal skills
- 1 or more years of related work experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and lead a team
- Understanding of safety and sanitation protocols
Job Duties
- Provide supervision on site to coordinate activities of housekeeping workers
- Coordinate and support key functions and between 3 and 10 employees during business hours
- Ensure regular attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Adapt duties to client requirements and different business necessities
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
- Communicate effectively between management and housekeeping staff
- Oversee compliance with hygiene and safety standards
