Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years supervisory experience in luxury housekeeping
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks
- availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- commitment to upholding high cleanliness and service standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in luxury housekeeping
- proven ability to work in union and non-union environments
- strong leadership and team development skills
- exceptional communication and guest relations abilities
- highly organized with excellent multitasking skills
- proficient in cleaning equipment and chemical usage
- committed to high-quality standards and room readiness
- physical capability to lift, push, and pull moderate weights
- stamina to remain active throughout an 8-hour shift
- flexible to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise and lead the housekeeping team
- oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure compliance with luxury standards
- conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms and public areas
- collaborate with Front Office and Engineering departments to enhance guest experience
- coach and motivate staff to consistently deliver high-quality service
- manage scheduling and labor resources efficiently
- address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
