We are currently seeking an engaging and motivating leader to join our CMC Senior Management Team as the Housekeeping Supervisor at our Townplace Suites in Wilmington. This role is vital in ensuring that our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee and direct all back-of-house operations, coordinating efforts between the housekeeping and maintenance departments to guarantee seamless service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing daily inspections of all guest rooms and public areas, supervising and training the housekeeping department, developing efficient systems and procedures, and maintaining inventory control of guest and cleaning supplies. Additionally, this position plays an important role in team building and promoting employee morale through regular communications such as daily huddles and employee meetings.

The Housekeeping Supervisor must be an effective communicator and skilled leader with the ability to motivate staff while ensuring adherence to franchise and departmental standards. Up to 15% of the annual salary can be earned through an incentive plan, making this a lucrative opportunity for performance-driven professionals.
