Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • physical stamina for walking and standing for extended periods
  • ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight
  • commitment to quality and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner
  • ability to provide feedback and conduct coaching conversations
  • ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
  • ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight
  • attention to detail
  • able to utilize technology such as computer and Microsoft Office products
  • previous leadership experience is preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and guide a team of professional Room Attendants
  • conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness and readiness
  • address any maintenance or cleaning needs prior to guest check-in
  • coach and provide feedback to team members for continual improvement
  • manage daily housekeeping operations and coordinate shift activities
  • maintain communication with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • enforce compliance with safety and hygiene standards
