Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related work experience
- Experience in supervision preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use computer and point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures
- Commitment to safety and quality assurance practices
Job Duties
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pool after cleaning to ensure quality standards
- Prepare room availability reports and verify room statuses
- Prioritize room cleaning and update departing guests' room status
- Assist Housekeeping Department with daily activity management
- Act as liaison coordinating efforts among Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments
- Document and resolve room discrepancies with Front Desk
- Prepare, distribute, and communicate assignment changes and shift information
