Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, standing, and walking for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Proficiency in computer usage
  • Physical capability to perform job duties
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and company standards

Job Duties

  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc., for cleaning quality
  • Run sold room reports and verify room status
  • Document and resolve discrepant rooms with Front Desk
  • Assist in managing daily activities including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees
  • Coordinate efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
  • Communicate room assignment changes and issues to shifts
  • Follow safety and security policies and complete required paperwork
