Job Duties
- Train schedule coach and support associates ensuring they perform according to brand or hotel standards
- screen job applicants and hire new employees when applicable
- train staff or coordinate with vendors to ensure proper cleaning standards
- communicate guest service scores to improve satisfaction
- issue cleaning supplies and equipment
- occasionally assist with room cleaning
- address associate performance and behavior issues
- supervise laundry employees if applicable
- prepare work schedules or provide occupancy data for staffing
- follow HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines
- practice safe work habits and use protective equipment
- assist in breakfast area as needed
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
- perform additional duties as requested by management
