This position requires overseeing the training, scheduling, and supervision of housekeeping associates, ensuring they perform efficiently and embody the core values of HHM. Responsibilities include recruiting and hiring staff as needed, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, and occasionally engaging in housekeeping tasks to support the team. The supervisor will monitor guest service scores and work closely with staff and external vendors to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves managing laundry employees where applicable and ensuring compliance with safety protocols such as MSDS and OSHA standards. Candidates will also contribute to sustainability initiatives through HHM's EarthView program.
