Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- demonstrated ability to develop, apply and interpret policies and procedures
- ability to communicate with high level management skills orally and in writing
- working knowledge of computers such as email, Microsoft Word and Excel
- ability to meet the demands of the work schedule - may occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours
- schedules may vary based on business need
- knowledge and experience of cleaning techniques, equipment, and methods for a wide variety of surfaces
- knowledge of safety practices in the use of cleaning chemicals and supplies is essential

Job Duties
- Supervising housekeeping department staff
- completing performance evaluations and monthly reports as required
- coordinating cleaning schedules for multiple residential units
- coordinating staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage
- responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies
- maintaining cleanliness of facility and following regulatory standards for sanitization
