Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • demonstrated ability to develop, apply and interpret policies and procedures
  • ability to communicate with high level management skills orally and in writing
  • working knowledge of computers such as email, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • ability to meet the demands of the work schedule - may occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours
  • schedules may vary based on business need
  • knowledge and experience of cleaning techniques, equipment, and methods for a wide variety of surfaces
  • knowledge of safety practices in the use of cleaning chemicals and supplies is essential

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervising housekeeping department staff
  • completing performance evaluations and monthly reports as required
  • coordinating cleaning schedules for multiple residential units
  • coordinating staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage
  • responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies
  • maintaining cleanliness of facility and following regulatory standards for sanitization
