Job Requirements
- Two years supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, discipline and counseling
- Three years housekeeping/laundry operations experience
- Ability to supervise and lead teams effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operational procedures
- Associates degree preferred

- Supervise and manage housekeeping department employees
- interview, hire, and train new housekeeping staff

- maintain compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws
- foster a positive and supportive team environment
