Job Requirements

  • Two years supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, discipline and counseling
  • Three years housekeeping/laundry operations experience
  • Ability to supervise and lead teams effectively
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operational procedures
  • Associates degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise and manage housekeeping department employees
  • interview, hire, and train new housekeeping staff
  • plan, assign, and direct daily housekeeping work
  • appraise employee performance and provide feedback
  • implement disciplinary and reward systems
  • maintain compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws
  • foster a positive and supportive team environment
