  • Proven experience in hotel or resort management or similar hospitality role

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of both resort properties including hotel room management and guest services
  • Lead and supervise a team of staff providing guidance training and support to ensure high performance
  • Develop and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage and efficiency
  • Submit supply requests and manage inventory to ensure all operational needs are met
  • Maintain and enforce room standards cleanliness and safety protocols
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless resort operations
