Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of both resort properties including hotel room management and guest services
- Lead and supervise a team of staff providing guidance training and support to ensure high performance
- Develop and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage and efficiency
- Submit supply requests and manage inventory to ensure all operational needs are met
- Maintain and enforce room standards cleanliness and safety protocols
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless resort operations
