We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily housekeeping operations for both resort properties. This year-round position plays a crucial role in ensuring that hotel rooms are impeccably maintained, staff schedules are optimized for efficiency, and supply needs are consistently met. Proven experience in hotel or resort management or similar hospitality role

Job Duties

Oversee the daily operations of both resort properties including hotel room management and guest services
Lead and supervise a team of staff providing guidance training and support to ensure high performance
Develop and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage and efficiency
Submit supply requests and manage inventory to ensure all operational needs are met
Maintain and enforce room standards cleanliness and safety protocols
Monitor and improve operational efficiency ensuring timely completion of tasks
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless resort operations
