Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision or hospitality management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills
- Flexibility to work year-round including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of inventory and supply management systems
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel or resort management or a similar hospitality role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including room standards and supply management
- Flexibility to work year-round, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of both resort properties, including hotel room management and guest services
- Lead and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance
- Develop and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage and efficiency
- Submit supply requests and manage inventory to ensure all operational needs are met
- Maintain and enforce room standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless resort operations
