Job Duties
- Train, schedule, coach and support associates ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values
- Screen job applicants and hire new employees when applicable
- Train staff to clean rooms efficiently according to established standards or coordinate with external vendors for training
- Communicate guest service scores and work to improve guest satisfaction
- Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to associates
- Occasionally clean rooms or assist staff with cleaning tasks
- Address associate performance and behavior concerns directly or through vendors
- Supervise laundry employees if applicable
- Prepare work schedules or coordinate staffing levels with vendors based on occupancy
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment, and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards
- Assist in the breakfast area as needed
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as requested by management
