Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months experience in housekeeping or related cleaning role
- proven experience in a supervisory or leadership position
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- proficiency in English
- ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- attention to detail
- familiarity with housekeeping management software
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required
- proven supervisory or leadership experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- bilingual a plus
- read, write and speak English fluently
- ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
- flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations
- train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
- conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
- collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
- handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment
