Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years of housekeeping experience
Experience in luxury or boutique hotel housekeeping preferred
Proven leadership skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Qualifications

Two or more years of progressive housekeeping experience
Luxury or boutique supervisory experience preferred
Exceptional eye for detail and elevated presentation standards
Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and coach
Polished communication skills and guest-focused mindset
Ability to maintain composure and poise in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Oversee daily housekeeping operations with five-star precision
Conduct meticulous inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure immaculate standards
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing housekeeping team
Maintain luxury-level presentation, including fine linens, amenities, and room styling
Partner closely with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure seamless room readiness
Manage inventory of premium supplies and uphold strict quality control measures
Respond to guest needs with professionalism, discretion, and urgency
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards befitting a luxury property
