Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work weekdays during afternoon and evening shifts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to nurture a safe working environment for all

- Team-oriented and adaptable

- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and multitasking abilities

Job Duties
- Provide supervision at the direction of management to coordinate activities of workers engaged in facilities operations
- Coordinate and support key functions and manage between 3 and 10 employees during normal business
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Ensure compliance with hospital hygiene and safety standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned depending on client requirements and business needs
- Facilitate communication between management and housekeeping staff
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
